O Plus Plumbing started working on a project in Mississauga in September 2020 and finished the same year which includes 4 bathrooms with black trim finishing.
One 5 piece master bathroom including one wall-mounted toilet, two vanities, a standing shower with jets, and a freestanding tub
one three-piece bathroom which has one toilet one vanity, and one regular bathtub. and the other bathroom on the second floor with one toilet, a vanity, and a standard standing shower.
On the main floor, we have a two-piece powder room and a kitchen with one kitchen sink and pot filler with dishwasher and fridge.
in the basement, we have one regular three-piece bathroom for the guest room. the laundry room is on the basement floor.
They have a huge mechanical room in the basement and the client can control the hot and cold water from it due to separated piping at the water service manifold.
